Hello!

As you may have heard, we suffered a fire on March 5th that has our clinic temporarily closed.

Natasha is working out of a location near by on Fridays (she will contact you once you book with details) Yvonne is taking a pause from practice to recover, plan their next move and handle all the behind the scenes challenges that come with re-locating.

For more info, please email us directly!

A few things before you book:

Our rates DO NOT INCLUDE HST

We enforce a strict 48hr cancelation policy. While we are deeply compassionate people, we are still running our private practices that rely on your attendance to pay our bills and keep our livelihoods afloat. We charge 100% of the full fee for any missed appointment. Yes, including emergencies, illness and events out of your control. The fee isn’t a punishment, it means that we can keep operating without disruption, because we don’t have safety nets as self-employed folks. You booked the time, and we can’t always fill it if you cancel (yes, even if we’ve got a waitlist). If you have a friend of family member that can come in your place, please send them instead.

If we cancel on you, you know we always make it up ASAP. We extend our hours and work overtime to make sure we make it up to you!

We don’t want you to show up sick to avoid this fee. You’ll be sent home immediately, and told to eat soup, sleep, and pay us for being reckless with our health. pssst. We don’t get sick days!

We do not offer direct billing

Thank you for your ongoing love and support, we will see you in our new home soon!

I am a co-regulating manual therapist who mobilizes your nervous system, assists your body in re-developing your stress and trauma response with “tissue issue” relief strategies, and I teach you how to help yourself so you can healthfully self-regulate.

My ultimate goal is to teach your body clear communication within your systems, so your neuroception (internal body awareness) can relay feelings of safety, comfort and ease. Together, we are creating a stress and pain response troubleshooting kit, to re-establish your innate healing ability. By fostering your adeptness to navigate Autonomic and Sympathetic Nervous System (ANS & SNS) distress management, you will learn to rule the world (well, your body world!). In simpler terms, I’m helping you decode the physical symptoms, while alleviating pain and exploring which “tissues have issues”. From there, I coach you on your best movement and rehabilitation options, and connect you with some other amazing practitioners to keep on truckin’.

I welcome everyone to my practice, and I approach care from a deep respect for humanity and vulnerability. I completely understand how challenging it can be to develop a trusting bond that can promote healing and I respect to everyone who shows up for themselves. I work on myself just as much as I work on others, and I always try my best.

I co-own two additional wellness clinics in Toronto (www.originwellness.ca), and operate a wellness coaching business geared towards anyone who takes care of others for a living. I love teaching people how to balance a thriving and ethical business, with a healthy and fulfilling personal life. I’m also an RMT techniques educator, and I’m in the process of developing continuing education courses for manual therapists. My education comes from 15 years in practice, but also 25 years of personal growth through various therapies, life adventures, failures and come-backs.

I’m very fortunate to perform and tour as a professional musician, and feel as if I’m living a dream life my kid self would be in awe of.

I look forward to taking care of you!
