I’m setting up camp at Wisdom of Nature for the next couple of months and look forward to seeing you all again!
My Accountability Policy is a super strict 48HRS notice for any reschedule, change (i.e. shorter/longer sesh) or cancellation.
It might seem like a large window of time, but it’s actually a very short time for me to fill that spot and recover my lost income.
I charge the full price of your session UNLESS:
1) A friend, family member or colleague grabs the appointment time (someone who isn’t from the same household/workspace if you’re sick)
2) If there’s enough time for me to post on socials and get the spot filled by a super-happy human
Reasons why you might cancel:
Illness Forgetting/thinking you booked a different day Work schedule change/meeting Lack of childcare Transportation issues Bad weather (guys, we live in a very “exciting” area with lots of weather changes - please take note and plan!)
If I cancel on you, you better believe I’m gonna go above and beyond to reschedule ASAP, with extended hours, extra treatment time or reduced treatment fees, because I respect your time just as much as you respect mine.

Somatic Support & Nervous System Regulation
Massage therapy is a co-regulating somatic experience that addresses our physical discomforts with positive, comforting touch.
It's also a way to re-connect with you body and learn how to interpret the interoceptive signals that can go unnoticed - your stress responses.
Techniques used can be applied with you clothed, or traditionally unclothed to your comfort (and covered with linens, "draping") with the use of oil.
My style of manual therapy is all about your needs and preferences, together we will aim to fine tune the best approach in your sessions.
